You tell me who you are when you travel
We talk through pace, hotels, restaurants, budget posture, past trips you loved, and the trips that missed. The point is not to fill out a form. The point is to understand you.
How it works
The trip hub is the visible part. The calls, judgment, and follow-through are what make it useful.
This is not a handoff from one department to another. You work with me from the first question to the last night of the trip.

02
I choose the hotel logic, map the days, work the reservations, and remove the generic. Nothing gets booked until the plan makes sense to you.
03
Two weeks before departure, you get a private link with the trip on your phone: every reservation, every contact, every document, and my notes.
04
Flights move. Restaurants run late. A museum closes a room. You are not alone with a PDF. You have the person who built the trip.
05
Afterward, I ask what worked and what missed. Your profile gets sharper, and the next trip starts further along.
If I have done the job well, the trip feels calm before it starts. You know where things are. You know who to text. You know what is next.

Direct support from Gabe while traveling
I am not showing the trip hub because the interface is the secret. I am showing it because the care becomes obvious when the details are organized around the traveler.
01
The first screen answers the question you actually have in the moment: what is next, where do I go, and when should I leave?
02
Restaurants, hotels, museums, transfers, and open time sit on the same map, so the day makes sense geographically.
03
This is where the judgment shows up. What to order. What to skip. Why this hotel fits you and not someone else.
04
Contacts, documents, confirmations, and backup details live where you need them. No login. No download. Just the link.
Tell me where you want to go. I will ask a few honest questions, and we will know quickly whether Carta is the right fit.
